It's Friday, so that means we're just that much closer to happy hour! Today's cocktail in the spotlight is from the Food Network, courtesy of Alex Guarnaschelli.
Gin Slushie
Ingredients:
1 pound of Fresh Blackberies
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of Gin, Chilled
1 cup of Club Soda
3/4 cup of Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 cups of Ice
Steps:
1. Combine blackberries and sugar in a bowl and let sit at room temperature
2. Combine gin, club soda, and lime juice in blender and blend just to combine
3. Add the blackberry sugar mixture and ice to blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
4. Pour into glasses
5. Cheers!

Such cute wedges. The only reason I didn't buy was because they would only be for off work hours, and I have plenty of boots right now.

I love these throws! They are so soft and so worth the money. There are many colors options offered in the Anniversary Sale.
