Chambray & Flowers

Hi Gorgeous!!!!

Spring is definitely in the air. The temperature seems to be teasing us with a few chilly days and a few really warm days. Even though it's still "April Showers" I am ready for those May flowers now. So I say why not have a touch of flowers now! Some of my favorite items this spring are floral accents and chambray shirts.

My favorite chambray shirts that are out this season are from Anthropologie, J.Crew, and Boden USA.

Lands End has my favorite spring bag back in stock now. If you want the same bag, you have gotta act fast. This thing is going to sell out quickly. I had mine monogrammed (of course). Some reviewers on the website said they were disappointed with the monogram size and thought the monogram disappeared with the print on the bag. Taking that advice, I decided to go with a bright pink thread color so my monogram would stand out amongst the flowers.

J.Crew Factory has a really great floral hat that I have my eyes on (50% everything right now). It would be so cute to throw on with a chambray shirt and white shorts. Great to wear to be casual yet still fashionable.

Last night Ian and I went out to dinner at a local bar we love. They have great food, the bartenders are always nice, and the drinks are made well (& the price is perfect!). After a quick bite to eat, we went to a small movie theater and saw "While We're Young". This movie was so good and had a lot of actors that we really enjoy.

Yesterday the weather decided to turn a bit chillier than I wanted. I actually had to pull out one of my sweaters from my under bed bin. But I still made my outfit "springy" with my Lands End bag.
I love this anchor sweater. It is so soft and a great sweater to just pull on and go. I think everyone should invest in a sweater like this! You can dress it up with jewelry and boots; but yesterday I wore it simple with skinny jeans and ballet flats. (Links below) The flats are from Born. I always made fun of my mom for buying born shoes, but literally these flats are so cute and soooo comfy.

Remember to check out the links! Comment below with your favorite ways to wear floral or chambray, I'd love to hear from you!!! Look for my post tomorrow about date nights :)

XOXO-Mandie
